I’m Bryan Durkin, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last 25+ years in business, it’s that referrals are the lifeblood of a predictable, sustainable company.

I’ve been a sales guy since the age of 10 - pulling a wagon full of Hallmark cards through my neighborhood and later learning that a little hay in a wheelbarrow could boost egg sales by 30%.

That was marketing. I didn’t know it then, but I do now.

Since then, I’ve helped build multimillion-dollar tech deals, sold over $350 million in direct revenue, and coached hundreds of service businesses and entrepreneurs to stop relying on broken advertising promises and start building something more powerful - a true referral system.

My work is rooted in creating predictable growth by combining real-world outreach with human powered AI, automation, and authentic relationship-building that doesn’t feel like marketing.
